Frequently asked questions
How much time should I allocate per week?
Most self-paced courses recommend 3–5 hours weekly. Live cohorts range 4–8 hours with critique sessions and production blocks.
Do you provide a certificate?
Yes. Select courses include assessments and a shareable certificate upon completion. We do not promise job placement, but we provide portfolio guidance and references when appropriate.
Are your methods foam-free?
We prioritize foam-free mechanics wherever feasible, using reusable armatures, chicken wire, and water sources designed for stem health.
What happens if I need a refund?
Self-paced courses: 7-day refund if under 20% progress. Live cohorts: refunds available up to 14 days before start. See full terms for details.
Are materials included?
We provide sourcing lists and vendor discounts. Live intensives may include a materials kit; specifics are listed in each course description.
I’m a beginner. Where should I start?
Begin with Foundations of Bouquet Design and Sustainable Floristry Basics to build mechanics, composition, and safe handling habits.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most courses support monthly installments with no interest charged by us. Your bank or provider may have their own fees.
Will I get one-on-one feedback?
Live cohorts include scheduled critique. Self-paced tracks provide rubric-based feedback on portfolio checkpoints and optional upgrade sessions.
What tools do I need?
Essentials: floristry shears, chicken wire, tape, zip ties, buckets, and a stable work surface. Course outlines list any specialty tools.
